The Asian subsidiary will handle the back of the house translation services for US clients posting their products and services on the mymyJ.com web site.   The Asian subsidiary will also handle all the marketing and promotion of the mymuyJ.com web site as well as hundreds of local and regional events.  Celebrities from the United States in cinema, sports, literature and science will hold promotions tours around the country which will ne coordinated by the Asian division.  More specifically the Asian division will be responsible for:

The general functionality for mymyJ.com in the following areas:

 

  1. Language
     
    1. The website has been designed such that it is fully translatable from English to Chinese and back.
    2. The internal communication system or Email system has a built in translator (you write in English or Chinese and read in Chinese or English).
    3. Back office Data system has the tools to quickly translate an American companies website into the Database in Chinese so it can be accessed from the internal search engine. This is not a complete translation of the website but just key data and products. Internal staff should be able to enter 50 websites a day into the database. We will be able to ramp that up substantially with subcontracting.
    4. We are currently in discussions with a company that has 10,000 certified and trained web workers (essentially Chinese students) that will be trained and gain a certificate to subcontract website translation.

     

  2. Look and Feel for the customer
     
    1. The website is designed for the Chinese customer as such it follows the general very busy front page that all the large sites have.
    2. The color and motto is made in America so the red white and blue is very prominent and every opportunity to promote USA is there.
    3. The search engine is quick and efficient in mining data of the suppliers in any number of different ways. Because of the limited Data at the beginning the search engine has a roll over feature such that it will mine additional US retailers and manufacturers after the search of our internal database for answers.
    4. The communication system has been designed to be efficient and easy to use so that customers and suppliers do not seek to communicate through other means. This way we will be able to make downstream revenues.
