ARGPC to Revise Guidance Upward
Chinese Government Agency, CNNIC, Places E-Commerce Market Value at One Trillion Dollars
/PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — ARGPC (Pink Sheets: APRM) (www.aprcg.com) announces today the Company will revise 2010 guidance, based on recent data from the CNNIC’s 23rd report on internet development in China. CNNIC, stands for “China Internet Network Information Center,” a government organization reporting on internet development.
The report from the CNNIC (www.cnnic.net.cn) underscores the growing size of internet usage among Chinese consumers. In 2009, the number of Chinese Internet users grew by 86 million — more than the total population of Germany — or a rise of 28.9 percent compared to the end of 2008. The survey found 29 percent of China’s 1.3 billion people are now internet users.
Stated, Raymond Talarico, President, “This comes as no shock to them, as they recognized where the market was going, and have a plan in place to monetize the growth. Clearly, the numbers establish China as the world’s largest online community, greater than the entire population of the United States; as such, they will be revising their guidance upward.”

ARGPC Adds Customer Feedback Module to e-Platform
Company Capitalizes $35,000 for Development
/PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — ARGPC (OTC: APRM) (www.aprcg.com) announces plans to integrate a consumer rating module (CRM) into its e-commerce platform, and capitalize $35,000 related to its development. The Company’s CRM will give voice to Chinese customer’s comments and ratings of their Clients; small and medium sized U.S. businesses (SME). The feedback history will highlight the SME profile page providing detailed transaction and fulfillment flow; from the purchase to the delivery, and ultimately the customer’s impression of the SME.
Stated, Raymond Talarico, President, “Regularly SME’s are out-advertised by larger competitors, whose products are typically more expensive, however, not of greater quality then their  SME’s. Their CRM will level the playing field as ‘word of mouth’ trumps every other form of advertising. Positive feedback is critical to success, whether you’re selling on main street USA or Beijing, and consumers are consumers worldwide. As social networking becomes increasingly popular in China, their CRM will morph into increased revenue streams, as they monetize the value of the millions of opinions their Chinese customers will author.”
